2025-01-22	Na*****	It's difficult to connect to the device. Sometimes I have to reset the Bluetooth connection and I lose my schedule. I just wanted to change the temperature for the winter weather. But now I can't even create a schedule. This seems to be an ongoing issue with connection. But this is the first time I can't get into the schedule at all. I can't believe they still haven't fixed this. I'll be sure to write a review for their sleep me app as well if they can't fix this app, just to warn people.

2024-12-20	Ty*****	App was working great for a few years, but now I get a networking error when trying to look at the schedule of one of our Oolers (the other works just fine). It's pretty frustrating since having the schedule was extremely convenient to making sure the bed was cool at night and would get warm at wakeup time.

2024-11-13	St*****	The Ooler itself is fantastic. The app however is very problematic. The random schedule resets are annoying, but the biggest issue is the app will set the temperature to its highest setting whenever you close the app or switch to a different screen within the app. It's like being slow roasted in the middle of the night. I don't know what demon sleeps with the bed set to 118 degrees, but it's too much for this guy.

2024-05-21	Sy*****	I haven't used my Ooler Chilipad in 5 months. When I went to the Ooler pad, I noticed that the app would automatically close out each time. I've tried to uninstall the app, force quit, and it still has the same issue. I'm using a Pixel 6a and I used to not have this issue. Sometimes, I'll get lucky after force quitting for 10+ times, I'm able to get the app to finally open and let me use my set schedules. Otherwise, I have to manually turn it on and off with just one temperature setting.

When it does follow the schedule it updates very infrequently so you don't know if a change was accepted. More than once I've waken up overheating. Manual changes are nearly instantaneous. 2023-06-04	V *****	Great product. However, app gets zero support from the company and their developers. A functionality flaw that I reported in the first week of ownership 18 months ago? Email support basically replied with a "whatever" and it is still not fixed - I learned to work around it. I was strongly tempted to return the product just because of the app, but stuck it out. The device itself is great, though.

Trying to change the schedule is impossible without just deleting the current schedule and starting from scratch. When I attempted to change bedtime, wakeup time was changed instead and the temperature defaults to 114 degrees. No. Worked better on my iPhone but, because I have functionality on my Samsung that I use overnight, I thought it would be best to pair it with this phone. 😒

Nothing like finally laying down for a nice night of sleep and finding your ooler is randomly on Max heat. No problem will change from the app. Nope it's disconnected again. Got to fix the temperature then go get the phone to do the re pair dance again.

Updated from 1 star to 3 star We recently purchased a "We" unit and my partner has no issues with the Apple version of this app. The schedule doesn't work for me, and I have to turn on and adjust the temperature within the app each time before getting into bed

Worst yet my previous sleep schedule was set for winter and when manually adjusting the ooler for summer it keeps reverting to the winter set schedule and I can't adjust it since it keeps crashing out on me. I'm actually writing this now as being woken up due to the 80 degree temperature after manully setting it to 72.
