Recent reviews

It's difficult to connect to the device. Sometimes I have to reset the Bluetooth connection and I lose my schedule. I just wanted to change the temperature for the winter weather. But now I can't even create a schedule. This seems to be an ongoing issue with connection. But this is the first time I can't get into the schedule at all. I can't believe they still haven't fixed this. I'll be sure to write a review for their sleep me app as well if they can't fix this app, just to warn people.

App was working great for a few years, but now I get a networking error when trying to look at the schedule of one of our Oolers (the other works just fine). It's pretty frustrating since having the schedule was extremely convenient to making sure the bed was cool at night and would get warm at wakeup time.
