Use nutrition calculator to calculate the nutritional values of food, such as calories, protein, carbohydrates, fats.

There are two options in the calculator.
Calculating nutritional values from the amount of ingredients added.
Second option when the ingredients are added, in the "How kcal", "How protein", "How carbo", "How fat", (each value can be calculated separately),
enter the desired nutritional values and press "Calculate".
It will be calculated how much of the ingredients you need to add to achieve the declared nutritional values.

Can add your own ingredients as well as use the ingredients from the database.

Create a diet plan:
- save created meals
- edit created meals
- create meal plans
- edit meal plans
Log consumed meals and update nutritional values accordingly.
