TrailForm Studio transforms GPX routes into personalized 3D-printable terrain models. Create a keepsake of a memorable hike, cycling trip, or run—all from your Android phone.

IMPORT AND EDIT YOUR ROUTE
Open a GPX file or share it from a compatible app. Preview your route and elevation profile, then trim the beginning or end to focus on the part you want to print.

CREATE YOUR TERRAIN MODEL
Place your route on a circular landscape with terrain relief, or create a raised route on a flat base using elevations from your GPX file. Import local terrain files or download elevation data within the app.

MAKE IT YOUR OWN
Adjust the model diameter, base thickness, route width, route height, vertical scale, and export detail. Rotate and zoom the interactive 3D preview to inspect your design before exporting.
PREPARE TWO-MATERIAL PRINTS
Give your route a distinct color by exporting the terrain and route as separate parts in a single 3MF model. Assign filaments in your compatible slicer to prepare a two-color or two-material print.

EXPORT FOR YOUR WORKFLOW
• 3MF: export a model with separate terrain and route parts, or a single combined part.
• STL: export a combined model for compatible 3D-printing software.
• GPX: save your trimmed route for use elsewhere.
Open exported models in compatible slicers, including Bambu Studio and OrcaSlicer. Choose your printer settings and prepare the print in your slicer.

LOCAL PROCESSING
Route editing and model generation run locally on your device. No app account is required. Work offline when your GPX and terrain files are available locally. An included demo lets you explore the workflow immediately.
BRING ROUTES FROM YOUR FAVORITE ACTIVITIES
Use compatible GPX files exported from services such as Garmin Connect or Huawei Health. Export availability depends on the source service. TrailForm Studio uses file import and does not sign in to your fitness accounts.

The app contains ads. Internet access is needed for terrain downloads and online advertising services.
