Kompet connects to Health Connect only if you activate it and with your permission:

• Activity and Health: Kompet reads your steps, distance, calories, workouts and routes, heart rate (including resting heart rate), sleep, weight, and height to show you your metrics, progress, and routes within Kompet.

• My Cycle: Kompet reads and writes your menstrual cycle logs to track your cycle, estimate your next period and fertile window, and tailor training recommendations to each phase. What you record in Kompet is saved in Health Connect, and what you already have in Health Connect is imported into Kompet.

You can revoke these permissions at any time from within Health Connect.

Kompet does not sell your health data or use it for advertising. Your cycle data is stored encrypted and only you can see it; if you authorize it, your coach can only see your cycle phase.
