I just get a blank screen when I open the app. It doesn't matter how long I wait, just blank screen.

when I finally got it to transcribe I couldn't get the full song without paying for a subscription. I did research and this seemed like the best option but what I read said it was completely free. I get that they need to make money but 12.99 for a subscription is expensive.
