The SFA Mobile Application is a tool for Sales Representatives to manage daily field operations, from initial attendance to order fulfilment and performance monitoring.
Field Attendance and Authentication
Users log in with secure credentials and provide necessary permissions such as Camera and Location. The application handles password recovery via OTP sent to registered email addresses. Upon starting the day, the Attendance Screen captures a photo with integrated GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude) and a timestamp for both check-in and check-out actions.
Market Visit Management
The app provides a structured view of retail outlets categorized by route and distributor. Outlets are color-coded based on their current status:
Yellow: Indicates a visit is currently in progress (Check-In).
Copper: Indicates an order has been successfully booked.
Green: Indicates the visit is finalized and the user has checked out.
Order Booking Workflow
Once a user checks into an outlet, the Order Booking Screen opens automatically. This module captures:
Visual Confirmation: A photo with embedded location data and timestamps.
Inventory Input: A searchable part list where users enter required quantities, ensuring no null values are submitted.
No-Order Documentation: If no order is placed, users select a reason from a predefined list of values and provide mandatory remarks.
Financial Summaries and Calculations
The system generates an Order Summary for review before final submission. This includes a breakdown of the basic amount, applicable discounts (percentage and value), taxes, and the final total amount.
Reporting and Beat Planning
The application includes administrative and planning tools within the drawer menu:
Performance Dashboard: View hierarchical data by Sales Representative (DSR), filtering by date to see total order values and specific retailer summaries.
Outlet Information: Access detailed profiles for each retailer, including photos, addresses, districts, and pin codes.
Beat Planning: Facilitates the selection of routes and outlet lists for scheduled visits.
