horrible service. I wanted to reserve an electronic vehicle and they gave me gas. there was no key provided and had a hard time starting vehicle because of that. needed to go back and fourth with customer support because there was no hard copy of insurance. there was only expired copies. They make you inspect vehicle for damages left by previous renters. I don't recommend this service to anyone will not be using them again. gas tank was not completely full

Completely trash customer service! Canceled my reservation without my knowledge, then said the money would be in my Kinto account. Which was a lie, because they refunded to my bank. Also, they said there wasn't a similar car in the area, which there was. This puts me in such a bad situation, and now I have to come up with $400 in 3 days so I can keep a car! The customer service completely ignored the fact that they screwed up and didn't even try to help me. Only giving me $20 credit.
