horrible communication horrible customer service they will charge you for time that was even their fault. they charged me when I had to return a car for safety issues. he told me to keep a car one time while they fix the problem with the app and then tried to turn around and charge me anyway. you cannot talk to a physical person there is zero phone numbers that you can call it's all through texting Good luck
