Loved: Senior Care Check-Ins

Loved gives you a daily picture of how your aging loved one is doing, from a phone call. Claire, Loved's AI care assistant, calls them each day, has a real conversation, and sends your family a summary of how it went. Nothing for them to set up, no devices, no app for them to learn.

Right now everything in Loved is free, including Claire's daily calls. We're new, and we're building this alongside the families using it, so if something's missing or something's great, tell us. The calls won't stay free forever, but you'll hear from us before that changes.

When You Can't Be There Every Day
Maybe you live three states away. Maybe you live twenty minutes away and still can't get there as often as you'd like. Either way, you're tracking their medications, their appointments, whether they're eating, whether they seemed off on Sunday, whether the rest of the family is helping enough, whether you should be doing more. It never stops, and there's never enough information.

What Changes for Your Loved One
Someone in their corner every morning, who never forgets, never rushes, and always shows up. Claire remembers that they didn't sleep well last night. She asks how their visit with family went. She reminds them about the eye appointment next Tuesday. If they want the weather, the news, or an answer to something that's been nagging them, she can look it up right there on the call. Most families come to Loved for the summaries. What surprises them is how much their loved one looks forward to the call.

What Changes for You
Claire checks in on the topics you choose, like sleep, mood, appetite, or medication, through natural conversation instead of a health questionnaire. After each call you get a summary of how it went, and so does everyone else in your care circle. You choose how often you hear from us, after every call, once a day, or a weekly recap. If your loved one stops picking up, you'll hear about it. When calls start getting missed, Loved lets you know by text, push notification, or email, whichever you prefer, so you can follow up instead of finding out days later.

Nothing Falls Through
When your loved one mentions they need something, whether it's a ride to an appointment, help paying a bill, or something around the house, Claire picks up on it and creates a task in the app. Everyone in your care circle sees it, so the right person can step in. Your family sees what needs doing, who has it, and what's still open. Care stops living in one person's head.

You can add your own updates too. If you visited, or noticed something, or handled a refill, log it so the rest of the family isn't guessing.

Every Call Becomes a Point on a Chart
You decide what Claire keeps an eye on, sleep, mood, appetite, or medication, and every call adds to the chart. One call is a dot, a few weeks is a line, and you can see at a glance whether things are holding steady or drifting.
