2026-07-21	La*****	my $100 stupid smart P4010ACSCO-WF Sm/CO detector goes off randomly (known for this issue) ,of course while sleeping, when no other detectors are detecting anything. I have cleaned it with vacuum and compressed air. I noticed it only happens when attached to the base on the ceiling, but doesn't go off if I leave it hanging from the ceiling by its wires. This unit is not near a bathroom or kitchen, so moisture/steam aren't an issue. Also is mounted 8 feet away from HVAC intake and registers.

I can now access and monitor my home from anywhere, which gives me added convenience and peace of mind. I'm very satisfied with how well it works and would definitely recommend it.

And Google integration is completely useless, you can't do anything with it. Even the single option to notify other Google devices does absolutely nothing!
