2026-06-20	Wi*****	app says no internet connection but that is inaccurate and there appears no way to get the app to connect. all other apps connect fine. This is one buggy app. .. .and it's a fire protection app. One would think they would be more attentive to their duty.

2026-06-01	Ji*****	have not gotten water sensor to work reliably with app tried 2 of them. Not sure if the device or the app so 3 stars. The devices wont connect to wifi when this app tells them to, unclear if bad devices or problem in app kidde water sensor connecting to Wi-Fi

2026-05-30	Al*****	The devices lose connection all the time. I have 2 devices and both lose connection almost daily. it is not an issue with the wifi. These are the only devices that seem to have a problem. Neither are connected now and one has not established a connection in over a day. The other went out overnight. When they work, I do like them, but they only work properly about 70% of the time.

2026-05-29	Ma*****	Fully broken - app does not function at all it immediately closes when launched. Been broken this way for months, buy another product if you want one that actually works... Despite the response here that an update has been released the app is still non-functional same as before...
