| 2026-04-26 | I like that these can connect to your smartphone but if you ever update your modem like I just did, resetting all of these is a pain in the butt. And app is no use in doing so. zero instructions or anything. this process needs to be fixed. | ||

| 2026-04-17 | In the latest version of the app, why did you truncate the name we create for each device? Why do you think 15 characters is sufficient for all names? Most of my original names don't fit now. | ||

| 2026-04-05 | We've been having several false alarms each week since our new Kidde alarms were installed, and are working with an electrician to try to figure out the problem if we can. It would be nice if the alarm notifications were more prominent in the phone, rather than having to open the app to find them. I'm mostly impressed otherwise at how the app has been working, and that you can reset the alarm by assuring the app that you have addressed the problem. | ||

| 2026-04-04 | App makes it sound like my home is a death trap. 28% humidity is not "bad air" in the southwest, just because Kidde is located where "normal" is over 30%. Also, it claims that my "bad humidity" causes mold - yeah if it were bad because it's over 70% but certainly not because it's under 30. Same with temperature. Get a grip, not everyone is located in temperate North Carolina. Your "maximum good temp" of 77 is just too low for areas where outside temps are 115F. | ||

| 2026-03-25 | we had the smoke alarm go off. the notification popped up and I couldn't clear it through the app. i had to get the ladder and press the button. which was the entire point of getting the 20SAR-W to use our smartphone. | ||
