I like that these can connect to your smartphone but if you ever update your modem like I just did, resetting all of these is a pain in the butt. And app is no use in doing so. zero instructions or anything. this process needs to be fixed.

In the latest version of the app, why did you truncate the name we create for each device? Why do you think 15 characters is sufficient for all names? Most of my original names don't fit now.
