2024-01-25	Ch*****	This app is extremely frustrating to use if you are not on the same wifi that the cameras are. If you want to view your systems when traveling (or just at work), the cameras/ "device" goes offline. Sometimes waiting for 15+ minutes idly will let the system come up, but 80% of the time its useless.

2022-09-21	Ch*****	Can't seem to access via 4/5g. Only opens from house WiFi which is a bit pointless. And since a system update can't access anything so it's pointless. Time to uninstall.

2022-03-30	La*****	I just wish kGuard would address the issue with their systems not being able to upload to Dropbox any more. This very important feature stopped working years ago across multiple storage devices (DVR's analogue & Hybrid systems) I like many other users have complained about this problem for years without a solution or even acknowledgement from "support".

2022-03-28	Ai*****	I need this app so I can remotely access the cameras. Like other reviews, most of the time I could only access the app for few seconds and the preview will display error page. So frustrating :/ KView QR is the worst btw

2022-01-27	Bl*****	This is quite possibly the worst app I've ever used in my life! It will not sync my phone to the DVR at all! The manufacturer will not respond to my cries for help and everything I find online is in Chinese This was the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. I highly recommend going to Walmart and buying their equipment

2021-08-30	Al*****	Most of the time, unfortunately, it does not communicate with the device, or you have to open and close the software several times and wait 10 or 15 minutes for it to connect. Most of the time it shows pictures only with home internet and not with mobile internet. This is a weakness because you may be traveling and need to view camera images and only have mobile internet

2021-05-07	as*****	It's pointless when because only connects to wifi not mobile data.. also it wants the mobile to be close to cameras in order to connect, it certainly defeats the purposes of the app because if I'm home I dont need the app. I only need it when I'm not home how ever it wont work
