KeyNavigator® lets Treasury Services customers deposit business checks into their checking accounts directly from a mobile device. It brings KeyBank’s commercial remote deposit functionality to users on the go and provides low-check-volume businesses a convenient alternative to branch or ATM deposits. In addition to capture, the app enables clients to review and approve remote deposits made by their company’s users, giving organizations more control and oversight.

Key features include mobile check capture, access to deposit transaction history for the last 30 days, and multi-user deposit review and approval. Security requires KeyNavigator user IDs and passwords, with optional device biometric sign-in; users must be enrolled in both KeyNavigator and Key Capture. If i could rate this a zero i would. The old key bank app was ffine untill this new upgrade. I cant access it and the old app is gone. Very dissappointed. 0.0 / 10.
