Users generally find Keys FCU Mobile Banking easy to use and strong for deposits and transfers when it works. However, repeated stability problems, transfer restrictions or errors, and dissatisfaction with the UI/UX changes in the newer app are common sources of frustration.

Pros

Easy to use / intuitive navigation.
Fast and easy mobile check deposits.
Transfers are easy / convenient when the app is functioning.
Always available / reliable for checking balances and accessing e-statements.

Cons

Frequent stability issues: crashes, being logged out, and error alerts.
Transfer limitations and errors: cannot transfer to certain accounts, date validation issues, and transfers being restricted.
Major UX changes: the new app/website is confusing, older version was preferable, and password requirements are seen as overly burdensome.
