"Read" helps parents see how their child reads aloud: how long they read, what the pace was, whether there were long pauses, silence, repetitions, and other signs worth paying attention to.

The child selects a book from the app library, uploads their own book, or turns on free reading mode. The app then records the reading, sends the recording to the server for processing, and generates a clear report for the child and parent.

What the app can do:
• Record reading aloud;
• Work with a selected book or free reading;
• Upload your own e-book;
• Generate a reading report;
• Show reading duration, speed, volume, and quality of reading;
• Identify long pauses and significant silence in the recording;
• Save report history on the phone;
• Send the report to the parent via email.

The report helps understand:
• How much the child read;
• How smoothly and confidently the reading was;
• were there any omissions, substitutions, repetitions, or excessively long pauses;
• was the recording left on without reading;
• what can be practiced next time.

The app is intended for use by children only with the participation of a parent or legal guardian. Before recording, an adult's consent is required to record the child's voice and process the data for reporting purposes.

"Reading" does not replace a teacher, speech therapist, or specialist assessment. The reports are informational and advisory in nature and help parents gently monitor their reading practice at home.
