KBS Mobil is a brand of EDİRNE OSMANLI EVLERİ TURİZM SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. It is designed as a mobile complement to the Identity Notification System developed for hotels and accommodation businesses and integrates with the official identity notification infrastructure throughout Turkey.

With KBS Mobil, guests' identity or passport information is quickly and securely scanned and verified via mobile devices, and legal notification processes are completed instantly. Staff can seamlessly perform the same operations from different devices and locations, not limited to the reception area. This speeds up operations and significantly reduces workload.

The application supports barcode scanning of Turkish identity cards and passport MRZ scanning for foreign guests. It provides accurate and complete information transfer without the need for manual data entry. It works compatibly with existing desktop systems, eliminating data duplication and minimizing the risk of erroneous notifications.

KBS Mobil is not limited to hotels. It can also be safely used in hospitals, health centers, and similar institutions that are legally considered accommodation facilities.
