Kaushal Panjee

Kaushal Panjee is a digital tool created by the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) to bolster skill development programs like DDU-GKY and RSETI. It streamlines the registration, identification, and monitoring of rural youth candidates for skill-based training and employment opportunities.

This platform operates at the Gram Panchayat level, enabling youth to choose training options for wage or self-employment while prioritizing candidates from deprived households by integrating with SECC 2011 data. Used by candidates, trainers, employers, and government agencies, Kaushal Panjee enhances the efficiency and impact of rural skill development, fostering sustainable livelihoods and empowering rural communities.
