The app is maintained by the Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission (ASRLM) under the Panchayat & Rural Development Department, Government of Assam.
The platform brings together skilled workers trained under government initiatives such as DDU-GKY and RSETI, making it easier for citizens to access reliable local services in Assam while promoting livelihood opportunities for trained youth across the state.
Through Kaushal CONNECT, citizens can search for skilled professionals in their district and connect with them directly for various everyday service needs. The platform helps users discover verified and government-trained workers available in their locality, enabling faster and more convenient access to trusted services.
