Kataria Konnect - Synergy

Kataria Motors' Lead Management System is an internal mobile application designed exclusively for its employees. The app streamlines the process of collecting and managing sales leads for new and used cars, while rewarding employees with predefined incentives for each successful lead.
Access to the app is restricted to Kataria Motors employees only. Employees can log in using their registered mobile numbers and a secure OTP verification. For authentication, the mobile number must be registered in the company’s HRMS (Human Resource Management System). This ensures that only valid, active staff members can access and use the platform.
Each car model has a predefined incentive structure that is visible to the employee while submitting the lead. This transparent incentive system motivates employees to actively contribute leads, knowing the exact rewards they can expect for each model.
The app is built to boost sales efficiency, encourage employee participation in business development, and centralize lead tracking—all while ensuring data security and internal-only access.
