2026-06-16	ma*****	idk why this app is getting 1 star ive had it for years and it's annoyingly a great app.....but I do pay 25 $ year for audio and motion sensor but 25 bux a year 🤷🏾‍♀️ i get notifications all day if my cat moves lol it shows you like 5 seconds before and provides audio..it's honestly a great camera but I used it to monitor my kids they are grown now so I dont need it but in my opinion I would go for it .....it's cheap and reliable

Customer service was very polite and escalated but I had no help except an email to press the doorbell and see if the app will then work, which is ludicrous if there is a threat outside. Open the door on a threat, press the doorbell, and hope the app works. I replied as such and never heard back. It is a flawed system and doesn't work consistently. Escalation fell flat with no help after I requested a phone call for assistanc
