2026-06-02	Ma*****	The system works sporadically and can't be counted on in an emergency. Customer service was very polite and escalated but I had no help except an email to press the doorbell and see if the app will then work, which is ludicrous if there is a threat outside. Open the door on a threat, press the doorbell, and hope the app works. I replied as such and never heard back. It is a flawed system and doesn't work consistently. Escalation fell flat with no help after I requested a phone call for assistanc

2026-04-19	To*****	Not great They want you to upgrade to get almost any feature . i.e. can't see the doorbell camera unless someone rings it ? Really? False notifications every day, batteries wasted if you put one in a high travel area in about a week. They do trip easily though.

2026-03-12	Su*****	my camera will not record. I've reset 2 times. and cannot delete pics from my cloud. I canceled this app and Uninstaller it in early February 2026. yet they are still trying to charge my credit card. I've emailed them. and still trying to charge me. the unit was thrown in the garbage still I've gotten a new video camera. I got tired of having to fight with this less than a 2 day charge. and half the time did not record. ringer quit working. so beware make sure you have a secure credit card
