Recent reviews

The system works sporadically and can't be counted on in an emergency. Customer service was very polite and escalated but I had no help except an email to press the doorbell and see if the app will then work, which is ludicrous if there is a threat outside. Open the door on a threat, press the doorbell, and hope the app works. I replied as such and never heard back. It is a flawed system and doesn't work consistently. Escalation fell flat with no help after I requested a phone call for assistanc
