2026-08-27	Yu*****	aplikasi aneh..seharusnya kalau belum milih seat ya tidak bisa bayar..kog tiba2 bs bayar..kalau untuk orang awam kan jd kepilih otomatis dan gak bs dibatalkan.. apa jangan2 sengaja dibuat gitu biar bnyk yg pembatalan trs dapet duit lagi 25%

2026-08-27	Av*****	mau beli tiket sancaka goshow saldo sudah kepotong pakai qris gopay tapi tiket tidak muncul sama sekali trus buat laporan di CS gubeng beberapa hari kemudian dapet email dari KAI kalau bisa minta chargeback ke Gopay lalu saya telpon lah ke Gopay pihak gopay bilang gak bisa soalnya dana sudah masuk ke KAI dan saya telpon lagi ke KAI 121 mereka tetap bilang bisa minta chargeback ke gopay. kecewa bener di Pingpong kayak gini!!!
