Your score is based on 4 criteria:
• ROM (Range of Motion) — depth and range of movement
• Stability — smoothness and control
• Posture — proper body alignment
• Symmetry — left-right balance

After each set, get up to 2 specific tips to improve your form. Clear, actionable feedback like "push your knees further forward" or "avoid over-arching your lower back."
