HOW TO USE:

On first use, go to "Set Personal Distance."
Place your phone on the floor, leaning against a wall so the camera can see your face.
Get into an "up" (plank) position and press "Set 'Up' Position."
Go down to your lowest pushup position and press "Set 'Down' Position."
Click "Save & Exit."
