Ich habe es nur gestern herunterladen. Fukntionalitätsweise ist der App super toll ! 3 Sterne sind für die schlimme UX/UI. Ihr seid schon 5 Jahre im Markt, UX/UI ist einfach zu verbessern und braucht keine extra regeln. Es wäre super wenn Sie ein MobileFirst Strategie haben !!

Video-Ident. nicht möglich da dieses permanent so hart abstürzt, dass das Telefon von selbst neustartet. Video-Ident Personal schreien einen an man soll ein Headset benutzten damit die einen hören können, die App aber sagt Bluetooth muss ausgeschaltet werden und stürzt ab. Support unterstellt "User Error". An Lächerlichkeit nicht zu überbieten! Somit nutzlos! Video-Ident Personal ausschließlich englisch Sprachig, obwohl die App ausschließlich für Menschen mit Steuerlichem Wohnsitz in DE nutzbar.
