Even after creating a new account in the web browser, trying to log in to the global app gives me the same error. Connection lost, try again later...

The path to contacting somebody if, you need support is long and painful. There needs to be a way of raising a support ticket without getting blocked by layers of FAQ that won't let you past to raise a ticket!
