However, reliability and usability concerns dominate: frequent login/authentication issues and heavy 2FA friction, bugs that cancel or fail to restore orders, inconsistent or poor customer support, laggy performance and a cluttered UI, and limited funding options such as bank wires only. Recent reviews

If you a casual retail investor, I would recommend IBKR. The only real issues I have had with it is that some of the tools dont always work and it can be a bit buggy sometimes. Overall, I like it and I like the tools available that let me make more in-depth research.
