Core pain points are crashes and freezes (Plan your trip button), payment problems (cards disappearing after updates; debit issues; ticket expiry). The app's maps/real-time data feel dependent on a poor website or third-party app. Fragmentation (two apps: payment and routes) and login/device restrictions frustrate users. Refunds and customer support are frequently unhelpful. Positive mentions exist: some users find it handy for digital tickets and there are occasional notes of Google Pay support returning and general functionality when it works.

Recent reviews

I've installed both My Fare and Transit Apps on my phone but when I try login to both the apps, it says "Device Transfer" which is not the case because Device is same. Adding security is great but it should be thoroughly tested. Both apps should capture the device ID and work on SSO instead asking for login every time. Development team can take simple examples from Amazon apps or Meta apps. I hope you will will fix it, if not able to, hire me, I'll get it fixed.
