It's a mobility movement library.. nothing more.. the same workouts are online and IG. And if you pay for a customized routine just for u, u pay €300 and then get ignored or blocked on Whatsapp.

The app doesn't offer timers for each set prescribed and just moves on to the next exercise, so you need to go in the playlist and re-select the previous exercise to do all the sets. This is for timed exercises, only. There's also some randomness with regrads to what is logged and what is not, and also with regards to when you get to tap start or not.
