Jumia are useless.... I ordered for 3 Items and paid for them online they brought two after more than 3 weeks.... I had to collect the two items at two different pick ups.... Which are far from my destination from the one i chose. I want a refund of the money of the item you failed to deliver.... Worst shopping mall ever

A great and easy-to-navigate platform for online shopping, I will just advise you go through the customer reviews well on the product you want to buy in order to avoid 'what I ordered vs what I got'. Haven't experienced that so far though, great experience from me overall
