This Chrome extension delivers a focused view of buoy and ship data from NOAA. It removes tide and forecast clutter, letting you tap any buoy or ship on an intuitive map to view the latest conditions, trends, and a full summary with interactive graphs. Readings are shown in your local time and can be switched between metric and English units, with optional dark theme for nighttime use.

Coverage includes over 1000 buoys and 200 ships worldwide (Atlantic, Pacific, Great Lakes, Caribbean, and waters around Ireland and the UK). Data sources are NOAA NDBC and NHC. Free features include current conditions, ship observations, and buoy cams; premium unlocks past buoy data up to 45 days. Note: this app does not provide tide or forecast data.
