2026-08-09	たま*****	DO NOT DO INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY. Me and my sender waited 1 month and we kept going back and forth with hotline and they didnt help. In the end we opt for return to sender and they REFUSE to return our delivery fees( 1730php) J&T has left me mentally tired and immensely dissapointed in them. Furthermore, I highly discourage using J&T, please use other couriers if you value your time, money and mind.

2026-08-05	Qu*****	My parcel is 6 days delayed. They keep saying that it has been coordinated and expedite and will call. So why it's still late, like the place is close by now yet it took 6 days??? Update the support keep closing the chat, I'm not finished explaining the issue. They didn't answer ky question also

2026-07-24	Ia*****	app is fine. pero my reklamo lang ako since di naman nag rereply customer service ng j&t ph, tungkol ito sa serbisyo nila, unprofessional po. akalain mo b naman yung seller from buguias ngkamali ng address doble entry tas tinuloy p din ang pg deliver tapos sinendan pako ng liham na sa halagang 350 same sa parcel ko ang price. my contact # bat di dun tinext? yung rider sinungaling, alam nya bat diko nireceive yung totoo kng parcel dahil nirepack @ lanta yung box pero iba nilagay. lbc is better!
