Lock Me Out: Stop Screen Time

Spend less time on your phone and more time on your life.

Lock Me Out: Stop Screen Time helps you reduce screen time, block distracting apps and break the habit of endless scrolling. Whether you want to focus on study, work, sleep or family, Lock Me Out: Stop Screen Time gives you simple tools to control your phone instead of letting it control you.

Lock the screen, unlock the world. 📵🌍

⏱️ HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick a duration — or let a schedule, a saved place, or a Wi‑Fi network start the lock for you.
2. Your phone locks. A countdown dial takes over the screen, your allowed apps stay open, and emergency calls always work.
3. When time is up, your phone unlocks itself. That's it.

🔐 WHY IT WORKS
Other apps just remind you to stop. Lock Me Out: Stop Screen Time really locks your phone: a dedicated lock screen with a live countdown, and if you try to escape to another app, it brings you straight back.

• REALLY LOCKS — A full lock screen replaces your home screen for the whole session, with a countdown you can watch.
• HARD TO BYPASS — Device-admin protection, background enforcement, and locks that survive reboots and app updates.
• ALLOWED APPS — Keep up to 20 apps you genuinely need — calls, maps, notes, music — while everything else stays locked.
• AUTO-LOCK BY PLACE — Arrive at work, school or the gym and your phone locks itself. It unlocks again when you leave.
• AUTO-LOCK BY WI‑FI — Connect to your home or study network and the lock starts automatically.
• SCHEDULES — Set daily study, sleep and deep-work windows and your phone locks itself every time.
• 23 COUNTDOWN DIALS — Animated lock-screen themes, 13 accent colors, 15 built-in wallpapers, or your own photos.
• SCREEN TIME INSIGHTS — A 7-day breakdown of where your time goes, right in the app.
• PRIVATE BY DESIGN — No account, no sign-up, no servers. Your data stays on your phone.

🎯 WHO IT'S FOR
• Students studying for exams — lock yourself in for one session or a whole day
• Deep work — protect focus blocks from notifications and "just one check"
• ADHD — remove the willpower tax: the decision is made for you
• Digital detox — break the scroll loop and take your evenings back
• Better sleep — a scheduled lock at bedtime so you actually put the phone down

🔒 PERMISSIONS, PLAINLY
Lock Me Out: Stop Screen Time needs a few permissions to lock your phone: usage access to see which app is open, display over apps to show the lock screen, device admin to keep the device locked, and notifications to show remaining time. Location and Wi‑Fi are only used for place and network auto-locks, and never leave your device.

Your phone, your rules. Lock in.
