CRMv2 - FastResponses to the Community is the official mobile and web platform used by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's agencies to manage citizen reports and complaints. It integrates multiple public channels including social media and local government inputs to streamline complaint handling.

Designed to enhance transparency and efficiency, CRMv2 allows local offices such as Lurah, Dinas, Sub-Dinas, and BUMD to follow up on public reports using geotagging and non-geotagging data. Users can track process results via the public dashboard, helping improve service quality and government responsiveness throughout the province.
