2024-11-19	Ab*****	I've used VIP communication for over three years before they updated their app to VIP V2. It was the best as compared to other international calling apps I've ever used then. But for the past 5 months, I could not make a call via VIP-V2. I called customer service, but they are not helpful at all. The only thing I hear is that we could not connect your call at this time. Meanwhile I a balance on my account! If you know you are out of service, please, I need a refund of my account balance

2023-01-08	Be*****	I had left a note so positive review about this app and my experience with it, initially. After I posted it my negative comment, the very helpful representative from VIP emailed me and they actually worked multiple times on their network to resolve my problem. And finally it seems that their app works actually pretty great. Thank you VIP!! I will be your loyal costumer. 🙏🏼

Need my $10 refunded after many dtrugling days finally wored Horabil , they cant rmember my account and my name yet when i open every info including my car ia thier. the including my crdit card adress email. They know all the 2 SECURITY QUESTION ANSWER when you call to customer service ? ILLIGAL! They cqnt sole a problem but the aimple add anew crd or password !👎

2021-01-06	*****	Pros: Better rates of international calling than most other international apps. Does not gobble your balance weekly or monthly when inactive. Cons: Poor quality abd static sounds continue to be the case. Customer service has improved.
