I've used VIP communication for over three years before they updated their app to VIP V2. It was the best as compared to other international calling apps I've ever used then. But for the past 5 months, I could not make a call via VIP-V2. I called customer service, but they are not helpful at all. The only thing I hear is that we could not connect your call at this time. Meanwhile I a balance on my account! If you know you are out of service, please, I need a refund of my account balance
