You will browse all available houses on our app or website(atwelia.com) in any location you would like to move to.

If you come across a house that you like, you will select a few dates you will be available for a tour. The date could be any day (even weekends) when you are free. Our agents are available for tours any day of the week.

The agent will accept the request and the date is set. Our agents' main goal is to help you find a good place to rent. So, they will try their best to have you view any house in their area (in addition to the one listed) that they think could be right for you.

In return, after the tour (Not before), you will pay the agent a small fee that could be as low as Ksh 200. You can view each agent's tour fee while viewing any of their listings. Feel free to tip the agent if they did a great job.
