2026-08-22	So*****	Doesn't ALERT when they cancel or delay flights. We are stuck in Ft Lauderdale, the app says our flight is delayed, but when we Google it, it shows cancelled. Then we search through email and see the emailed something an hour earlier.... Use the stupid app to notify customers. I'm a type 1 diabetic with enough insulin for today, but our flight was rebooked 48 hours later. Forget the app, don't fly JetBlue. The worst airline in the US, 30% of flights are delayed or cancelled
