2026-08-07	Mi*****	I entered all information for all people in my family, get to the payment page, and it says rate has expired. I didn't do anything else. went back to go through it again. rate was the same. entered all the information again. didn't do anything else. same message. basically, the app doesn't let me book flights.

2026-08-06	Gu*****	very bad service...please avaoid jetblue....it was my first time traveling with jetblue and its gonna be last.. JFK newyork jetblue staffs are horrible lazy.... few spanish and indian staffs were ok.... i will never fly with jetblue again.... my ticket was canceled due to bad weather..they hold me in the airport for 36 hours and i told them to cancel my ticket and refund it...they just sent me to random counters back and forth..... i will never recommend my friends and family to travel..

2026-08-05	Ha*****	Long delays, rude flight attendants and missed connections with no compensation. Travelled to the US, 3 of the 4 flights I took with them were delayed more than an hour. They have this loophole the delay is declared as non-controlable and automatically become non-liable. Flight attendants are rude and unprofessional (even McDonald's crew dress up more professionally) and borderline racist if you're Indian or brown. I would not trust them in an emergency. Strong avoid specially for tourists.

2026-07-29	*****	update have lost $$ trying to book flights, get to the end of all the selections and then error message says i need to choose new flights- meanwhile my credit card has multiple pending charges (2026)was wonderful before this latest update, now won't open... frustrating.(2018)

2026-07-29	Ar*****	JetBlue is not a trustworthy company because I missed my flight due to issues with TSA so I cancelled my flight and tried to get a refund and they refused to give it back to me. So be aware if you find yourself in this situation.
