The app simply needs ditching and rebuilding. It won't remember any of my details when I change them. Head office say that nothing is wrong yet at the till they can't find my account when they scan the Pet Club barcode on the digital card. Even the staff at my local Jollyes admit the app is very temperamental. I only use it now to get a discount at the till, not arsed about 'Perks or Vouchers'

One of the Worst Apps ever! Just signed up and now telling me I can't log in at all, because of security reasons, but doesn't elaborate on this. Tried to contact the company with the online chat tool. As soon as I sent a message, it ended the chat and said customer service is unavailable. In summary, not user friendly in any capacity. If they can't get basics like this correct, then I question how good the shop is? Think I will go back to the other better known high st chains.
