really glitchy and not user friendly. the support function barely works (as in you can keep pressing it but nothing opens), and when you do start a live chat it closes randomly and isn't saved. the keyboard also covers the message box on the live chat so you can't actually see what you're typing

Absolute nightmare to use. Leaves already purchased goods in your basket, and I almost placed a duplicate order! Painfully slow. These problems are repeatedly flagged up in reviews, but nothing changes! They reply by telling you to contact them or chat online - whats the point in that???! And don't even start me about trying to use it in store - maybe try if you want to pass an hour or two! The staff agree Sort out your app, please There are a lot of very frustrated customers out here!
