DocOnCall is a secure Australian telehealth platform that connects patients with qualified healthcare professionals, including GPs, medical specialists, mental health clinicians and allied health providers.
All healthcare services available through DocOnCall are delivered by Australian qualified and AHPRA-registered healthcare practitioners, in accordance with Australian healthcare regulations and clinical guidelines.
DocOnCall enables patients to attend healthcare consultations via secure video or audio telehealth, manage appointments, receive prescriptions (where clinically appropriate), obtain referrals, and access medical certificates, all through one convenient app.
DocOnCall is designed to support access to healthcare services for patients across Australia, including those living in regional and rural areas where access to in-person healthcare services may be limited.
