I’m honestly not satisfied with this app. The doctors often seem rushed during consultations, and they don’t always explain things clearly or thoroughly enough. I also had an appointment scheduled at 7:00 AM. The app showed that I could join the consultation, but when I tried to enter the call, it said that I had already missed the appointment. I was then informed that the payment was non-refundable, even though I was trying to join at the scheduled time. I find this very frustrating and unfair.
