About

This application was designed and developed by Benjamin Pitrat (psychiatrist, addiction specialist, Paris) and Arnaud Drain (Developer Epitech).
Designed as a diary tracking of sleep and behaviors (smoking, alcohol or other drugs but also games, food displays or behavior) it offers users to know themselves better and to facilitate their monitoring with sleep medicine professionals and addiction.
This application does not in any case the defense of narcotics and illicit goods consumption. It aims to facilitate the treatment of addictions.
She is currently in the testing phase and we are listening to your possible remarks on retourappasc@gmail.com

How does the application?

In the menu you can choose the fields you want to learn.
On the main screen, click on the thumbnails of days of use, you can then fill out your information.
This entry can be resumed and corrected as many times as you like.
The sleep diary function to generate a sleep diary.
Used in sleep medicine, calendar allows you to view in a glance the structure of your sleep (sleep = dark green, light green = time in bed without sleeping).
We recommend the application once a day early in the day to inform sleep and the events of the day or late in the day if you learn that your behavior. To help you set a notification that will remind you to enter information about the day and the night.
Finally a lock according to the application code will allow you to reserve access and protect your data.
the application data is located on your smartphone only, they are not available to anyone else unless you montriez to your healthcare professional display.
