2026-07-23	Se*****	Despite informing the team at Ezhire regarding the problem with uploading the odometer on the app and it not allowing me to proceed and complete in order to reach customer service again, I am still not able to make any adjustments through the app, as it will not allow me to close the odometer message. I have informed the team many times yet the problem persists. No update has been made. I am terribly disappointed with the lack of attention to matter to ensure ease for customer.

2026-07-22	Na*****	A very disappointing experience, when you make a booking with a clear start and finish date and time and then they charge you with an extra day for not making another collection request while you have already paid for collection and set the time and date when you first made the booking, is just outrageous. last time using their app.

But the problem is they are not updating the name of the customer properly.. even reference code is in old user name.. its simple step..i have sent many mails.. but still they are not updating.. keep calling or sending email or referral everything is in old user name..

2026-07-10	Sh*****	Absolute scammer, Please dont fall in to no deposit sweets. your bank card either credit or debit card which you use to pay is the security for them.. They will keep on charge on the card even you have paid everything after return the car and when you question this then you will realize the real face of this unprofessional scammer..they welcome only for new customers to get new cards because you can feel the difference in their attitude when you want to extent rental period.

I rented a car for 2 days at AED 95 per day after the discount, but AED 1,125 was deducted from my account through multiple transactions. Even after removing my payment method, more amounts were deducted without my knowledge. Customer support failed to provide official government fine receipts and only shared their own invoices. Please be careful and avoid this application. I don't want others to face the same experience.
