bad service. I'm renting a car pero one month, now I'm starting to receive many trafic fines, all are same, one of the fake trafic fine is: exceed 20 Kms/hour. whe I contacted costumer services they no reply, just charging this to my card. I don't recommend this app, they will try to add fake charges

Don't care about the app, but my first - and only - experience renting from them was terrible.

The most annoying app and customer service. They raised fine 7th times for same issue. They already deducted the amount. I understand my fault I paid for this. RTA fine they are charging service charges. I raised concern on 1st June 26. Kindly send photos and video wherein I can see fine occurred because as per the invoice mentioned car I didn't drive that car on the day. No body calls and response I received robotic, waiting from their partner last 10 days. Without evidence they charged.
