Despite informing the team at Ezhire regarding the problem with uploading the odometer on the app and it not allowing me to proceed and complete in order to reach customer service again, I am still not able to make any adjustments through the app, as it will not allow me to close the odometer message. I have informed the team many times yet the problem persists. No update has been made. I am terribly disappointed with the lack of attention to matter to ensure ease for customer.
