they stopped supporting my plan on the mobile app with 0 notification and had a possible upgrade but no guarantee that it would work and I have to back up 9 months of records incase they get lost in the upgrade. I have waisted 3 hrs of my time at $150 and hour, no compensation offered. I am looking for alternatives. They are getting college education wages for 5th grade customer service. f u Quickbooks
