Intened

Intened helps you use distracting and time-consuming apps more intentionally.

Intened creates a moment of pause before opening an app. In order to start unlock session, you enter your intention and choose how much time you want to spend. The app then allows access for the duration of that session.

Your unlock sessions are recorded automatically, giving you a clear view of how you allocate your time throughout the day. The Clock Chart and Overview Card organize your sessions into a simple visual timeline, making it easier to understand your daily patterns and plan your time.

You can also add your own time sessions to the timeline, allowing you to organize activities beyond app usage and build a more complete picture of your day.

Intened adds a deliberate step between deciding to open an app and actually using it, helping you make more conscious decisions about your time.

How Intened uses Accessibility Service
Intened's core app-guarding feature relies on Android's Accessibility Service. Its only role is to recognize the name of the app currently in the foreground, so Intened can tell when you're opening an app you've chosen to guard and show your intention screen before you continue.

This is the only data the service accesses. Intened does not use it to read on-screen content, capture text you type, access messages, record calls, or collect any other personal data. This detection happens entirely on your device — it is never transmitted, stored remotely, or shared with anyone, including us.

Intened does not use this permission to change any device or app settings, and it never restricts your ability to disable or uninstall Intened or any other app. Before this permission is requested, the app shows a separate, clearly labeled explanation of this use and requires you to actively agree before continuing to the system permission screen. You can review or revoke this permission at any time in your device's Accessibility settings.
