SubUp

SubUp is for friend groups who play together — football, rugby, padel, basketball, and the rest. Private groups, a proper lobby, pay-to-join, scores, Man of the Match, and a simple rating. Not a public court marketplace.

WHY SUBUP
WhatsApp groups are messy: who is actually in, who has paid, and ghost games when too few people show. SubUp gives you one place for the group, the lobby, the money, and the history.

HOW IT WORKS
• Create or join an invite-only group with your mates
• Admins put a game on: time, venue, min/max players, pitch cost
• Players join and pay with Google Pay or card. No pay, no spot. Free games skip payment
• Each group sets a lock window of 24, 48, or 72 hours before kickoff
• If too few people have paid before the lock, the game auto-cancels and the pitch is refunded
• After kickoff, the admin enters the score. Players vote Man of the Match. Ratings update

PAYMENTS
You pay the pitch cost plus a SubUp service fee shown before you confirm (10% of the pitch, minimum 50p; £0 for free games). The group treasurer receives the pitch amount. SubUp keeps the fee. Leave before the lock window and the pitch is refunded; the SubUp fee is not.
