SubOn: 5-a-side organiser

SubOn is the 5-a-side organiser for UK pickup football. Stop wrangling the weekly game in WhatsApp. Create a match, share one link, and SubOn tracks who’s in, who’s paid, and who’s still owed. Players can join from the web — no app to install. Match fees go by bank transfer to you. SubOn takes no cut.

FOR ORGANISERS
• Set up a match in under a minute — date, venue, cost, and squad size
• Share a single invite link or QR code
• Track attendance and payments in one place, with push notifications when someone joins or marks paid
• Split into teams when you’re ready — automatically or manually
• Set your own organiser fee (full price, discounted, or free) while players pay the fee you choose
• Start with 10 free games, then buy credit packs (1 credit = 1 game) or go unlimited with SubOn Pro

FOR PLAYERS
• No app required — tap the link, enter your name, you’re in
• Hold your spot while you make the bank transfer
• See bank details at a glance, with tap-to-copy
• Quick links into Monzo, Starling, and Revolut (UK)
• Mark “I’ve paid” and let the organiser confirm

MATCH FEES VS SUBON PLANS
Player→organiser game fees stay between you — bank transfer to the organiser’s account. SubOn doesn’t take a cut or hold match money.
Creating games uses your organiser plan: free games, credit packs, or SubOn Pro (unlimited). Those are optional Play Store purchases for organisers.

WHY WE BUILT THIS
Every pickup organiser knows the chaos: “did you pay?”, mystery no-shows, and chat so fast nobody can find the venue. SubOn replaces thirty messages with one shared link.

BUILT FOR THE UK
GBP-only. Sort code and account number fields. Made for evening five-a-sides and Sunday-morning kickabouts.

PRIVACY
We don’t sell your data or run ads. Players who join via the web don’t need an account.
